The AVNue manifesto
AVNue exists because the people who make visual novels (writers, artists, composers, coders, voice actors, translators, the whole crew) deserve a straight, honest place to find each other. No gatekeeping, no shame, no skim off the top.
Free, and staying that way
The core of AVNue is free forever. We don't take a commission on your work and we never will. If we ever offer extras, they fund the platform; they never gate the basics.
No middleman on your money
Payment is between you and the person you're working with, settled however you both prefer, off-platform. We don't hold your money, run escrow, or stand between you and getting paid. That also keeps the awkward payment-processor politics out of adult work.
Trust is the product
Instead of holding funds hostage, we give both sides one shared commission record (scope, price, timeline, status) that you both watch from request to delivery. A job is only "complete" when both people confirm the work landed and the payment cleared. Reviews are earned off real, finished work, not vibes.
Adult work is welcome, not hidden
A huge part of this scene is adult, and we're not going to pretend otherwise. Adult work is welcome and clearly tagged, never buried, never apologised for. The one hard line: no minors, ever.
Built in the open
