What AVNue is
A free directory and commission-tracking tool for the visual-novel creator community. Core features are free and we don't take a cut of any work. AVNue is a place to find each other and keep a shared record. It is not a party to the deals you make.
Payments are off-platform
All money is arranged and settled directly between buyer and creator. AVNue provides no payment processing, escrow, or guarantee. A commission is marked complete only when both sides confirm the work was delivered and payment was settled. That mutual sign-off is a record, not a financial service.
Your account
- One account per person. Keep your sign-in secure; you're responsible for activity on it.
- Be honest in profiles, listings, reviews and commission records.
- Reviews must reflect real, completed work. Don't manipulate reputation.
Conduct
No harassment, fraud, impersonation, or illegal content. Don't post work you don't have the rights to. Adult content is welcome but must be tagged as such and must never involve minors. Staff may remove content, suspend, or delete accounts that break these rules.
Reporting and takedowns
Use the Report button on any profile, service, or job to flag content to staff. For urgent matters, illegal content, or copyright/DMCA takedown requests, email abuse@avnue.dev. Include the link to the content and a description of the issue. We review every report and remove anything that breaks these terms or the law.
Disputes
Disagreements over a commission are between the two parties. The shared commission record and dispute/resolution flow exist to help you sort it out; AVNue does not adjudicate, refund, or enforce payment.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is", without warranty. We aren't liable for losses arising from deals made between users or from downtime. We may change or discontinue features.
Account removal
You may request deletion of your account at any time via Discord. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.
